A Tale of Withered Flowers and Rotten Seas
by Orca Rising
Heavily inspired by modern and classical metalcore as well as melodic death metal, Orca Rising expresses their take on modern society, egoism and the destruction of nature.
A tale of withered flowers.
A tale of rotten seas.
I tell of hidden powers.
And of forgotten deeds.
Sit down, breath out and listen
To what I have to say.
My words will shine like prism
And you’ll thank me one day.
A plagueful desire
To rule and admire
The wealthy and higher:
A selfish denier.
Come here my darling, be my guest.
To where i reign.
Let’s put these values to the test.
Your vanity’s in vain!
You ripped your offspring from her chest.
Their blood runs cold.
A vengeful slow and painful death.
I cry out.
I look towards the end: A time well spent.
Our planet needs your help. Lend her your hand.
Those prying eyes they turn to greed.
A parasitic feel.
Not only growth is what we need.
Your money does not heal.
A pile of shit becomes not gold.
A venemous deceit.
You realize the life you sold.
It’s not too late.
A tale of withered flowers.
A tale of rotten seas.
I tell of hidden powers.
And of forgotten deeds.
Sit down, breath out and listen
To what I have to say.
My words will shine like prism
And you’ll thank me one day.
Their vengeful desire
To kill and rewire
Your brain and acquire:
An injustice liar.
I look towards the end: A time well spent.
Our planet needs your help. Lend her your hand.
We can be the ones we need.
With trust we lead.
Our hope we keep
We will succeed.
Just shut their mouth real tight and blind their lies with our light.
It’s not to late to free ourselves and cut their bonds with knifes.
Their future’s dark they only ever use their weakened eyes.
We teach our younglings truths to easy spot their sinful lies.
